Fenders are done, woot! I'll pick those up tomorrow and bolt them back on. I need to get my wheels mailed off ASAP!

Yeah... It is depressing seeing some of the track days being posted so far and how much more work I have ahead of me. I'm pretty tempted to just get some track wheels/tires for the Mini I haven't even touched my car yet.

Officially signed up to a be a flagger at the first event of the season! Other than being cold all day, I'm not even mad. A track event the first weekend of March..pfftt, I'm not taking my pile of fiberglass out there.

Just about done stripping the paint of the side sills and sanding. Starting to test fit the new pieces, so hopefully I'll have the rear clam on next weekend. After that, I'll finish stripping the rest of the panels then start filling and glassing. The amount of subpar fiberglass work is astonishing so far, so I have to cut most of that out and start it over. Heck, one patch already just fell off since it had basically no resin.

Wheels were sent back to Bogart yesterday for a refresh, some minor fiberglass work has been completed. Now I just need to bolt my fenders on and wait for the rest of my parts to come back.

Swapped master and slave cylinders out on the Esprit after getting home from the Middleburg show. Went out for a local yahtzee run in the pouring rain last month and had the climate control and wiper quit in one day! Gotta be British! Gotta fix both of those now before any long trips. Attachments:

Could be worse! My fan speed knob caught fire one of the first times I drove in a heavy rain because the fan shorted. Lotus ran the full fan current through the knob for some reason, so that was an interesting introduction to the car, haha
