Do you already have a pressure sender? I just installed the BOE pan when I did my temp and pressure sensors rather than deal with dropping the stock pan only to have to reinstall it. And yeah, the garage renovation this winter ate up a lot of spending money, but it is so much better to work in now. Now that I got a new phone that doesn't have an awful camera, I need to update the pics with everything straightened up now. Here it is in progress though:

OMG your garage is looking good!
I have the sender and what not to get everything installed(I hope). The never-ending problem is having the space and time to do it.

Parents were in town this weekend, so I am hoping to spend some serious time this coming weekend getting everything really put away and cleaned up. In the meantime, I finished the battery bracket to relocate the battery to the cabin firewall. Previous owner had moved all the evap stuff around, so I think he might've had the BOE battery bracket at one point. I just used some rivnuts and aluminum bar and put this where I think the evap canister originally was. For the length of my ownership, the evap can has just been ziptied to the roll bar support which was an upgrade over just flopping around like when I first got it. Still have to figure something out with that though...

Someone bought the one that came with my clam hinge, so I had to improvise, haha. I still need to clean it up a little, and I may change the bolt, but I am happy with it. I am hoping I can route the battery wires cleaner, too, and maybe even get rid of a few feet.

Got the alternator back in now, too. Moved onto the transmission sensor and noticed I had bought the wrong one, so I have to buy another before I can wrap up the cruise control.
In other news, I noticed my exhaust had a horrible leak. Never heard it and no signs of soot, but I could see the donut gasket move when I pushed on the muffler. In the process of unbolting that, I found one of the bolts was horribly marred and might've ruined the header threads right there. So the logical thing is to use my tax refund on a whole new exhaust, right? I could just retap it, but I'm thinking PPE header and cat with the rest coming from Summit.

I made my mirror plates for my GT style mirrors, but I still need to bolt up the splitter, hopefully I'll get that project started this weekend. After that it will just be fluid changes and waiting for warm weather.

I really need to work on my car again. I've made no real progress in months. The clock is ticking too.

Turns out we'll owe Uncle Sam quite a bit since one of Jess' jobs only took out 8%...
Either way, I got the green light for the exhaust and it'll be here this weekend! The transmission speed sensor will come with that, too, so I can wrap up the cruise control and really start buttoning everything up

Got my exhaust in! Best part is the $100 weighs only 7lbs. Compared to the other muffler options at $500+, it was a no-brainer. Still curious to hear it, but I suspect it will be good. I had to make my own brackets that attach to the left and right muffler clamps, but everything else was off-the-shelf. Next projects: new O2 sensors while it is easy to get to, finish cleaning the engine bay, aero panels for the undertray, and cruise control.

Thanks! I hadn't seen this when I asked you at the party if you'd seen my exhaust, haha I had a brief moment of panic when I saw that my O2 sensors are expected to arrive 7/3/18. Why does America always have to have weird conventions that no one else uses... Once those come in, I can get it going! In the mean time, I took the motorcycle to work today, so at least I can get my power-to-weight fix, haha.

It's a bit early, but this is going to take awhile. I'm completely stripping off every layer of paint from the doors, sills, trunk lid, roof, and roll hoop, and buying a new front clam, rear clam, and other panels. I'm doing all the fiberglass work and sanding then it will be off to a paint shop to get resprayed correctly this time. The amount of sub-par work I have uncovered so far is astonishing, so I am hoping to knock out everything and be left with a decent looking car. I'm tired of finding things like a washer that fell into the epoxy or where they didn't bother to remove the doors for paint but couldn't get the spray gun into the jambs.

So far all I can "afford" to do is: coilover refresh wheel refresh Repairs from tire wall incident, which is all cosmetic: peel off 12 year old clear bra (hopefully the paint stays put!) get bolt on fenders repaired/replaced new clear bra If I win the lottery or decide to give my credit card the middle finger: REV 300/310
