A few news organizations have reported that Lotus is open to 'selling off' the rights to continue production of the Elise and Exige (and some report, the Evora, too..) This is similar to the strategy Lotus took with the Lotus Seven. While it's true that all three Lotus models are a little long in the tooth, I think many would agree that they are still great cars. One possible bidder for producing these Lotus models is Radford Motors of England. Their recent idea of doing a retro-inspired Lotus 62 is pretty cool... --Bob Collum
