A little more on the drive. I've assembled a backroad drive through Virginia, including a number of scenic byways. It is a ton of fun. The first leg has a bridge out so I've altered the course a little which is still blast. There is gorgeous VA mountain and farm scenery. The 4-5 times I have done this the roads have been fairly quiet which makes for nice driving. The roads are curvy and very well paved. It would be my pleasure to share this drive so if you want to go, RSVP to Bob so he can let me know who to send the details to.
The 'Parking Lot Gathering' was a great success - 15 Lotus there! (Would have been 16, but Norm Beaver's Seven developed an allergy to Virginia. It broke down on the Cabin John Bridge.)
It goes to prove, once again, that all the quarantine has everyone missing socializing, and talking about cars.
It was great seeing everyone!
