I arrived at Katie's this morning with my friends, very early, as always. The weather played a nasty April Fool's prank on us. The three of us parked, got out, and starting talking. Less than 3 minutes later, (with no warning), it started POURING RAIN! We ran inside. Luckily, the Katie's staff had unlocked the door, and served us right away. We had a leisurely breakfast, and went out to look at cars around 7:30, but it started raining, so we left around 7:45AM. There was a local Japanese Kei car** club there this morning, as well as several other interesting cars. I had the only Lotus there, today - but I was joined by an old Riley! --Bob Collum ** What is a Kei car? Japanese Kei-car regulations stipulate that no model can exceed 133.85 inches in length, 58.26 inches in width, or 78.74 inches in height, and they must be powered by engines that displace 660cc. Maximum output is 64 horsepower. (Though it is rumored that some models cheated on the stated HP output.)
