Debbie and I have been members of the Philadelphia Area Lotus Society (PALS) for many years. We helped plan their last LOG, back in 1995, in the Poconos. This year, PALS has again stepped up to run LOG, to be held in Princeton, NY, the first weekend in August. The PALS Winter Stress Reliever party started off as a planning meeting, but eventually got so big, it was impossible to actually plan anything. It has ended up being an end-of-winter social event, and a good excuse to dust the cars off and drive. If this event is any indicator, LOG 36 is going to have a huge turnout, with very good variety of Lotus cars. Examples - we had a Lotus Excel, three Elan +2's, a Lotus Cortina, and a Lotus Omega. (Kyle bought the car you may have seen at recent GYLOs here in the NoVA Lotus area.) As a special treat, a Lotus rep brought out a black Evora 400. --Bob Collum

Wow, a "new" Elise. That look was only for the year 2011, right? There cannot be more than a hundred of those in the country.
