Fairfax City C & C - 05/21/23

An interesting get-together this morning.  Several streets in Fairfax City were closed off, in anticipation of this afternoon's Asian Festival, so it was 'interesting' driving to breakfast, and to the Truist parking lot.  Not too bad, though - we did have a decent showing.  Mark Franke was working, so I had the only Lotus there today.  Still, enough interesting cars to look at.
