A good turnout of Lotus today. Since it was in the 50's, I drove the Seven. There were two Storm Ti Elises (I met one owner, with his young son, but did NOT get a good picture of his Elise... I never saw the owner of the Storm Ti Elise in front of Katie's, which was probably newly purchased - it had a paper license plate). There were also two Evoras in attendance. Please feel free to post any pictures you might have. --Bob Collum

After coming home from Katie's, I took advantage of the nice, warm weather, and washed both cars... Glad I got this done.. Seems like Fairfax County will be coating the streets with brine this afternoon, in anticipation of the incoming cold and storm front. --Bob Collum

I am pleased that I got the cars washed Saturday. Saturday afternoon, the roads were being sprayed with brine, and it started snowing overnight. This morning, we woke up to about 1/2" of snow, and we expect more today. Given the choice, this is how I'd like all weekends this time of year to be - clean roads and moderate temperatures on Saturday, with light snow Saturday night into Sunday. --Bob Collum P.S.: We often get questions about Katie's cars & coffee. Location: 760 Walker Rd, Great Falls, VA Saturday mornings, get there by 6:30AM to get a parking space. (No, I'm not kidding.)

Anyone thinking of hitting up Katie's tomorrow (2/19), I'm thinking I may?

I plan to be at Katie's on 02/19/22. It will be dry, but cold.

That doesn't sound so bad. I'll plan on seeing you there.... But maybe not at 6:30, 7:00 seems more reasonable.
