Spring has begun with eight inches snow on the driveway today. Not exactly R888 tread: “Spring”. That’s funny.

Expecting another 3 to 5 inches of snow on Saturday! It should melt pretty quickly and I might not even bother shoveling; but there may be a fresh layer of salt on the roads!
And what's up with this wind? Even on a warm day, I don't like driving the Elise in the wind because of all the sticks that come down.

I have a Time Trial event on Sunday that I'm not looking forward to at all. I might not even make it to the track at all, just depends on the road conditions the morning of.

Looking forward to a day when the "snowflake" icon doesn't light up on the dash (my daily displays it if the temp's under 40). Although, Sunday afternoon was not bad and I actually went for a drive. rdgrcr : Did you make the TT?

It was just a bit chilly Friday & Saturday, but I was able to do my full Spring detail on the Elise Friday, and drive the car to C & C on Saturday. All we had Saturday morning was a light mist, so the brisk drive home dried the car completely. I did a quick once-over with detailing spray, and put the car cover on. I'm ready for Britain on the Green in two weeks! I hope to see a good number of NoVA Lotus members at Darryl's on Saturday, 04/14/18: novalotusclub.freeforums.net/thread/339/detailing-clinic-odds-dulles-concierge

I announce that I cheated the weather, travelled to a different climate Saturday and that I may have overdone it. Malaysia is HOT!

Back in the States and FINALLY, the garage was warm enough such that the charger's temp compensation light (lower right) wasn't on (there's a temp probe and the charger will compensate for colder ambient temps): Let's hope that the light doesn't come on for the garage being too hot! Temp is predicted to be 90F tomorrow. Will take the Elise to work and will be keeping the top ON.
