Folks,
For the last 10 months the folks in the ER locally have been waging a war against Covid. As you can imagine this has been incredibly taxing on staff and their families. You’re probably all aware that we have had staff members ill, and in some communities much worse. We are very fortunate that we have had two local businesses stand up. They are providing food and support for the staff in the hospital and EMS communities.
This far into the pandemic, support from the community has waned dramatically. I would ask that you consider donating to these the causes. Hospital and ER caseloads have skyrocketed and everyone is taxed to the absolute max.
Any contribution would be gratefully received. And just be aware that every nickel goes to a local business that is supporting these folks with that money. It also helps keep the staff employed in the restaurant.

Thank you for your support and kindness during these very difficult times.

NoVA Lotus 2020 Update
Thanks, Mark… I think we can all agree that 2020 has been… unusual. While it has undoubtedly curtailed a lot of stuff we would have preferred to do, we still managed to keep in touch, and to adapt to the situation. Our two virtual GYLO events proved that we can still celebrate the cars we love so much. Congratulations to the VGYLO winners, and thanks to everyone who participated!
We did see some NoVA Lotus members move out of our area – Tim and Jenn Glahn moved to Richmond, and Gavin Slade and family are moving back to England, right about now. We will keep in touch – we promise!
Jim Hurd, who provided his laser-etched pint glasses as prizes for VGYLO XX, has reminded me that he can provide laser-etched glassware of all kinds. These make excellent presents. I suppose, if you were REALLY nice, he’d even do some with non-Lotus vehicles on them…
Please, have a safe and happy holiday season. We look forward to a much more active club, sometime in 2021!
Keep your eye on the website!
