They announced at the end of the LOG 37 banquet in Birmingham, AL that next year's event will be in Cleveland, OH. There will be an autocross, and also a track day, at a track near Pittsburgh. This is about 370 miles from our area; less than half the distance we drove to Birmingham.... Start planning for this NOW!

The proximity is nice, but ... Cleveland?? Why not just Ann Arbor, MI since that's where Lotus US is now and only a few hours further.

I'm not so sure Lotus will be in Michigan (in significant numbers, anyway) by 2018. I read that Lotus' landlord is showing their building to other tenants.
Anyway, Lotus, Ltd. relies on volunteer clubs to hold a LOG, every year. The Cleveland group came thru with the winning bid. We've been there before (years ago), and they did a good job.

Bob - thanks for posting the LOG 38 info. I looked all over Lotus Ltd's site and could not find it. That is definitely closer. Should be a great ride from the DC metro area. Well, you know, assuming I have a car by then.
