So I very lightly backed into a concrete pillar. It looks like it only cracked the paint on the corner and made a light rough spot in the fiber glass. Any recommended shops to smooth out, repaint and put on new starsheild?

ouch! I always recommend APAC www.apac-auto.com/. They've worked on my Jeep and my Exige, they recently finished up my friend's exige also. Though, I don't believe they install PPF.

So I took to D&V Master Autobody today and they will be getting back to me on an estimate. I looked at the fiberglass on the inside of the clam and it seems to be fine with no apparent cracking. I am hoping the it will only need some slight top fiberglass work and a respray

Reviews have been good - D & V is not cheap, but good quality, according to my friends. Ferrari of Washington uses them.
